The Apahdravyia piercing is done with a straight barbell, usually starting with 10 gauge. After healing is complete the balls can be unscrewed and larger ones put on.

 We carry all lengths of barbells for this piercing in stainless steel.

18 karat yellow or white gold as well as titanium can be used as well.
